The Warrens reward nothing going to waste — the Carrion Eater fills the ecological role of decomposer, consuming anything that stops moving, including heroes.

Tactics
Eats corpses to heal, which can restore significant HP mid-fight. The counter is corpse clearing: abilities that remove corpses (Plague Doctor's Disinfecting Smoke, Grave Robber's Shadow Fade) deny the heal. Without corpse denial, killing weaker enemies first can inadvertently feed the Carrion Eater.

The Warrens is the third dungeon that can be explored. An incredibly ancient system of aqueducts and tunnels built for unknown purpose, it is now a corpse-choked cesspit that houses the ravenous, disease-ridden beast-men known as the Swinefolk, and all those deranged or monstrous enough to ally with them.
